Yuvraj’s music launch on October 1st
Just yesterday we have reported about Subhash Ghai planning to prepone the release date of his film, Yuvraj in case Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini is coming on December 26th. It seems Ghajini makers are in no mood to rearrange their film’s release date so Ghai has set November 21st as his most ambitious film till date’s release date. He has now also fixed the music launch date of his film as October 1st.
T-Series will be releasing the music of the film on October 1st. A T-Series spokesperson confirming the news has commented, “It is a pleasure for us to make the announcement of the release date of the music. We are proud of our association with Showman Subhash Ghai for all Mukta Arts ventures. Since October 1 is an auspicious day, we decided to go in for the release on that day.”

Mission Istaanbul Movie Review
Terrorism is a global issue and varied film-makers across the globe continue to make movies/documentaries/short films that expose the ghastly face and effects of terrorism. Apoorva Lakhia charters that path as well in MISSION ISTAANBUL.
In MISSION ISTAANBUL, there's an Osama replica, bunkers in Afghanistan where he is supposedly hiding, also a television channel that telecasts exclusive footage from the terrorists [its called Al Johara here], a George Bush lookalike… Lakhia seems to have incorporated snippets and vignettes from real-life to celluloid in an effort to make the goings-on relatable and believable.

Zayed makes a hearty comeback!
He’s probably got more phone numbers and managers than the number of hits in his kitty.
But despite his last release, Cash, bombing at the BO, Zayed Khan has managed to bag three big banner projects this year. “It’s all my charm!” he quips. “On a more serious note, there comes a point when you just cut loose. An actor cannot handle everything on his own. I’ve realised that a good project has a good director. I was patient because I only wanted good work. I don’t mind sitting back and being idle. But I’m talented. I just needed to clear my head and re-analyse myself. It was always a question of what I see myself as,” he explains.

Zayed's first hand experience as Journalist
Celebrities share a love - hate relationship with press.
However, after playing the character of a persistent journalist, Vikas Sagar in the upcoming espionage thriller MISSION ISTANBUL, Zayed Khan has a first hand experience what it takes to be on the other side of the fence and seems to have a thoughtful outlook towards the relationship between the media and celebrities.

Zayed Khan
I've lost tremendous weight and it's all thanks to my Mission Istanbul director, Apoorva Lakhia, who was insistent that we have the right physique for our role. I've bulked up. But personally prefer a lean but strong physique.
I don't like too much muscle, and heavily built bodies. I feel it gives you a sense of too much power and brings to the fore your violent streak. You feel that you can crush everything. I don't like that.

Zayed Khan gives 50 lakh gift to crew
Zayed Khan's generosity recently found a new admirer in Mission Istaanbul producer Ekta Kapoor. Says Ekta, "I recently heard from cast members how his gesture 'warmed them' when they were shooting in Turkey for Mission Istaanbul. The cast and crew shot despite the cold, inclement weather. Zayed heard about their plight and bought windcheaters for the entire unit."
Director Apoorva Lakhia confirms, "We were shooting an action scene with 60 fighters flown in from India. Apart from the icy weather, there was rain, wind and sleet with puddles of water all over.

Cut it out, Zayed
Producer Shabbir Boxwalla and director Apoorva Lakhia had to chop a line before they could get their film Mission Istaanbul approved by the Censor Board.
The Board objected to a scene where Zayed Khan mouths a dialogue which could have offended the Congress party. Says a source, “Zayed plays an officer in the anti-terrorist squad, in the film. He breaks into a terrorist headquarter and needs to go to the top floor of the building. But in order to do so, he has to pass through a door which opens only when touched by the fingerprints of a member of the terrorist gang. Zayed is shown carrying a mutilated hand of a member of the terrorist gang. He touches the mutilated hand to the door, and before the door can open, says, ‘Khul ja, Congress ko vote de doonga’. Since the hand is the symbol of the Congress party, the line was in bad taste.”

My wife has no reason to complain
ayed is back doing what he’s best at - kicking butt in a new film and basking in his new role as daddy. Excerpts from a candid one-on-one.
THE NEWEST BABY: That has to be my film Mission Istanbul. It’s an action-packed film with a heavy dose of entertainment in it. I play the role of a journalist who goes out of his way to investigate things.
HIGH FIVE: I am just five years old in the film industry. I am still learning and growing up.
